Subba Reddy Posted April 27, 2019 Report Share Posted April 27, 2019 Hello H1B was denied on January 11th 2018, and the resign for denial is USCIS has not received the RFE response, but my attorney says they have sent the response. They said they have opened MTR on February 2018, but they have not given me any proofs or documents showing they have opened, whenever asked they responds saying "It is not reopened yet, but waiting for uscis review. They are working. It will be reopened by Vsc." My question is are they saying truth, would it take these many days for MTR to open, my case status still shows my old denial notice it was never updated from the past one year. How many days should I needs to wait, can I do something else to speed up the process. Quote Link to comment
