My question is in case of denial if I have to go back and if I get a job here while in India with company ready to sponsor my H1 will it be counted against cap. What happens to my I140 after I leave the country. Replies would be very much appreciated. Quote Link to comment
rohit369 Posted April 20, 2019 Report Share Posted April 20, 2019 It won't be counted against your cap. You will file for an extension with the new employer based on the current approved I140. Please see to that your I140 is not revoked. FYI...it cannot be revoked after 180 days of approval. Quote Link to comment
