i 94 on i 797 petition after travel during H1 transfer

Hi,

I recently went to India and came back during my H1 transfer in progress with only i797 receipt (as I have valid visa on my passport from previous employer).

At POE ,officer has given same i 94 admit date as on my visa from previous employer (till Aug 2020). Now my petition has got RFE.

As the i 94 provided during my H1 transfer is different to the new i 94 I obtained now after travel , how will the i 94 date be issued on i 797 petition when approved. Do I need to provide new i 94 while submitting documents for RFE.

Please help.
