Bio Metrics for H4 if H4 is in INDIA

H1B Ext+ H4 Ext+ H4 EAD applying in PP, while wife is in India. After 21st March 2019, h4 has to attend bio-metrics. please show some light on my scenario she won't be coming for next 6 months....  any inputs with proper resource is appreciated. Thanks!

As she is in India, she is not in H4 status. She has no status. So the H4 ext and H4 EAD will not be approved if filed and should not be filed in the first place for a person who is  in India. Bio-metrics requirement is added for form i539 (extension of h4 status in her case) which is filed when you are in US. If she has  her visa expired, she can get a H4 visa using the usual interview/dropbox method at local US consulate.

You CANNOT apply for her H4 status extension and the EAD when she is out of the country.

The EAD is only possible if the person is in the US in H4 status. If the person is abroad the EAD will get denied.

And an H4 extension would also get denied if the person is abroad. There is nothing to extend in that case. She would have to get an H4 visa.
