shresthakushwaha
Hi All, My current visa stamping is expiring on August 15, 2019. Can I travel before (i.e. now or anytime before August 2019) to India and get my visa stamp before August 15, 2019. I have my I-797 A approval notice valid until July 2021. Will I be able to travel back immediately after that back to the USA or there are other conditions apply? regards Shrestha Edited April 13, 2019 by shresthakushwaha Quote Link to comment

Thank you You need to use latest I-797 (2019-2021) details. Yes, you can return. Visa stamp always has a issued date on it, not a start date. Yes, they should. Quote Link to comment
