Manish Shahi Posted April 12, 2019 Report Share Posted April 12, 2019 I worked in US with employer A for 5 years from August 2012 to Sep 2017(With one month vacation in between).Employer B filed COS from L1B to H1B for me in April 2017, but I had to move back to India in Sep 2017 because of 5 years limit on L1B.H1B was approved in Jan 2018 and finally stamped for 1.5 years in March 2019 till petition end date(September 2020). I am in India right now.My question is regarding the time I would get on this H1B.Is it only 1 year or full 6 years.Please reply asap.Thanks in advance. Link to comment
