Discrepancy in name on H1B approval notice I-797 and passport

My H1B Approval Notice Form I-797, Beneficiary name is shown as Doe MD, John and Family Name is shown as Doe MD.

My Family name on passport is Doe.

My previous H1B approval notices and stamped visas have Family name as Doe. I don't use title MD in official paperwork like passport or visa petitions but was used by my current employer's lawyer. I am concerned if this discrepancy in my Family Name with title MD will lead to issues during visa stamping and traveling. Do I need to get it corrected to Doe and if yes, how?

Do other immigration lawyers use title like MD on H1BI-797?

Does Murthy law firm use titles like MD on these petitions?
