LoP
Hello, My H1B is denied. My employer is unwilling to file the MTR due to the additional expense involved. I want to get the MTR filed. Is it ok if I can pay the fees to my employer to file the MTR. My HR is hesitant to the idea. I read certain fees for H1B can't be charged from employee, However I don't find see any such restriction for the MTR fees. Please let me know. Link to comment

JoeF
You can not file anything, and you can not pay for it. It is illegal. Find a better employer for next year's quota (The current one is full.) Link to comment
