shahchampa Posted April 8, 2019 Report Share Posted April 8, 2019 hi,At Present I am GC Holder residing in Texas ,We are likely to move NJ in September 2019,after that i may have NJ State ID,After moving NJ ,if I visit my Home Country in November 2019 and Reurn TexasMarch 2020, and after spending 15 days there ,i will permentaly move to NJ. I will be eligible to file N400 in May 2020.Can i file at that time or I have to stay NJ for 3 Months and file N400.By September 2019 i must have my NJ State ID.Pl.Guide me.Thanks Quote Link to comment
JoeF Posted April 9, 2019 Report Share Posted April 9, 2019 You can file up to 90 days before you fulfill the residency requirement, but all other requirements, including the 3 months in district have to be fulfilled at the time of filing. Quote Link to comment
