My Visa is filed for Plano location, but now my company wants me to go to jacksonVille. At new location , I will be working for the same client, same salary, same project. Do we have to file an amendment in this case? Because for L1B, Some of the folks says amendment is not required when relocating when it’s same client,same salary and same project on L1B Individual.
