akumary Posted April 7, 2019 Report Share Posted April 7, 2019 I entered the country in 2008 on h1b visa stamped and while waiting on I140 approval approval on 6th year to buy time I went to India and entered USA on H4 .After I140 was approved revoked my old H1B and started working.Now after my extension on H1B ,can I go to Mexico consulate for stamping? My passport as previous entry visa h4. Thankyou. Link to comment
