knilesh26
1. My current employer is filing a new perm application. Through my earlier employer, my I-140 has been already approved. My earlier employer didn’t revoke it yet. Would filing new Perm application voids the existing approved I-140? 2. After filing the new perm, if I happen to relocate to my home country (India) for few years, would it halt the perm process and void my existing approved I-140? 3. Is there something like reentry permit on H1-visa? If I wish to come back again after 2 years, would I need to go through the lottery process again? Link to comment

NotAnAttorney
1. No 2.No 3.No, as you have an approved 140. Any company can use that 140 to file a cap-exempt H1B petition. Link to comment
