i485 AOS - final step to GC

Hoping someone can provide insight

I went through EB2 PERM with my employer of 6 years and concurrently filed i140 and i485 in Oct 2018. the i140 was approved Jan 2019 but i485 which has RD of Oct 11 2018 has had zero movement. Its been in TSC/Texas and not moved at all. I am reaching the 180 days mark and things are getting very frustrating. My case ID is SRC1990035XXX. Can anyone advise what might be happening?

Also, given my i140 has been approved, can someone advise on pros/cons ot moving employers? I am worried about my job here due to optimization and am thinking i may need to go to another employer.

what is your priority date? 

I believe employer can only revoke I140 before 180 days since I140 approval (or application.. not sure). Either way, you said you are reaching 180 days mark,

PD=Current.

I am now at 200+ days for i140 and i485 filing. i140 has been approved already. i1485 recently moved from TSC to NBC.

What is the current state of your case? Did you get interview notice or any progress?
