H1B Extension got Rejected 2nd Time

Hi,

In Oct-2016, I got my Visa approved and I travel to USA in June 2017, my Visa was valid till Oct 17 only so Applied for Visa Extension which got Rejected in Apr-18 and again it got rejected this year in Apr-19. The rejection was due to Speciality Occupation in both the extensions after an RFE.

I have 12 years of experience with B.E and M.Tech degree in CSE. Visa filing was done as Computer System Analyst.

Need to know what I have to do, do I need to change company, project, location?

Are there any number of attempts I can apply for Visa Extension after some number of Rejections.

Please guide what is the right path for me USA.

You have to leave the country immediately since you have accumulated a lot of illegal stays.
