Travel while I-140 is in processing

Hi Experts,

I am going to file I-140 in April 2019.  I have a plan to visit India in July and aug 2019.  My visa is expired and I have a valid petition to till oct 2020.  I am going to india while coming back need to go for stamping.  Is it ok to travel to while I-140 is in processing?  Please suggest.
