Mahesh06
Hi, I started working for an employer on H1b transfer on receipt number for client A from July, 2018 and got RFE in Feb, 2019. I changed to client B in October, 2018 and started working but my employer didn't filed amendment. But USCIS done verification in Client's A place and they came to know that I am not working there. My RFE was supposed to be answered in May 1st week and now employer is saying that he won't answer RFE since it is a complicated case. Can you suggest me with few opinions that I want to be out of status or complicated situation. Meanwhile I have been offered from Client B for FTE position and they are ready to file H1b but it will take 30-45 days. I am in jeopardy situation that how can I feel relieve if employer doesn't answers RFE on time. Quote Link to comment
adshah84
Ask Client B to apply H1b transfer as counselor notification. Once you get approval leave country and enter with new stamping. Quote Link to comment
rohit369
Talk to your client frankly and make them aware of your immigration situation and request them to speed up the process and apply in PP. If they want you, they will do everything possible to keep you. Edited April 5, 2019 by rohit369 Quote Link to comment
