Porting to EB1 from EB3

Dear Sir/Madam,

      I had been working with a consulting firm from Apr 2005 to Oct 2014. I moved to US in Apr 2012 through the same company and quit in US in Oct 2014. I moved to a US based consulting firm and filed for EB3 GC in 2018 and I140 is approved. Now, I wish to join my former employer. I was a manager with my former employer outside of the US and in the US. Is there any chance to port my EB3 to EB1 with my former employer? Are there any other compliances while porting from EB3 to EB1?
