pr88
Hi, I am working for employer A on H4 EAD . My H1B is approved which was applied under consular processing last year. Can I change to employer B and do H1B transfer with the approved copy(which was done under consular processing) while I am still on H4 EAD? Please advise. Thank you. Link to comment
JoeF
You can only transfer the H1 once you have started working on the H1 for the original employer. Link to comment

I have a question here. We normally see people who apply for H1B transfer and start working for the petitioner on receipt notice. Cant he/she do that in this case/ Link to comment
