Guest0232
My university it is private for profit but has become non-profit a month after I got graduated ...so my attorney is saying that I'm ineligible for Master's quota. But all my friends from the same university applied in Master's quota got picked and approved. When I mention the same to attorney he is saying they might face problems during transfer or extension. Please suggest me what to do. Thanks. Link to comment

adshah84
Your attorney is right. All your friend could get their H1b revoked. Do not apply in master's quota ever. Link to comment
