Can I travel outside and re-enter in the US during pending H1B transfer?

Currently I am employed by Company A with H1B visa (I797 approved in 2018) & I got it stamped on passport which is valid until Dec 2020. Recently I got an offer by Company B and their H1B transfer application has been filed and pending for a decision. I am still with Company A and I have no plan to join Company B until their transfer application is approved.

So while Company B's H1B transfer decision is pending, can I travel outside of US and re-enter into US without any problem based on my ongoing employment and approved visa with Company A?
