B2 Visa for my mother and sister

Hello,

 I would like to invite my mother and sister on B2 visitor visa to USA. I have a sufficient funds to sponsor them. My mother is widow and sister is currently employed as a school teacher and unmarried. They are living in rental property and have average bank balance.

How to prove strong ties to home country or any other way to maximize chances of getting tourist visa?
