Can I continue my work based on current petition in case H1B extension is denied

My H1B valid till Sep 2019 and extension is filled (No change in employer) in premium. In case my H1B extension gets deny , Can I continue with old petition till Sep 2019?

Yes you can continue working till Sep 2019

Of course you can work with your old approved H1B petition till Sept 2019. Still if you want to continue working you need to get H1B extension approved...
