Meet2011
Hello Experts, I initially entered into the US in 2011 and went back to India in 2012 where I got stuck into visa administrative process at the consulate. Then in 2014, I came to the US on L1-B and changed my status to H1-B in 2015 using the previous H1-B. I have been on H1-B since then and recently got my extension approved based on i-140. Now due to work need, I will have to do international travel hence I have to get the H1-B visa stamp on my passport hence I am seeking your advice regarding whether can I go to Canada for H1-b stamping or do I have to go to India only? Your response is appreciated. Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
I did F1 to H1B in Vancouver Canada and I also feel they do L1 to H1B also. Please ask others for more confirmation... Link to comment
