Affect on perm and greencard processing due to gap in employment

Hi,

I am currently on H1B visa. My current employer is going to start for my Greencard processing, hence i have to fill my perm.

I have concern for which i need your help.

Situation is:  My  "I94" date says the date 2 months 10 days before of my actual employment start date. Will this going to affect my  my perm & 140 approval ?
