Can we go for H1B stamping if middle vendor changes?

Hi,

I am on H1B working for a good client. My H1B got approved in EVVC model( Client -> Prime vendor A -> Vendor B -> Employer ). Now my client is going to remove two vendors and introduce Vendor C . The new contract with Vendor C will start after 1 month. I will be EVC ( Client -> Vendor C -> Employer ) after 1 month.

I need to travel to India shortly and will be going for stamping.

1) Should I need to file an amendment with the new vendor C?

2) Is it best to travel before the New contract begins or after the new contract begins?

3) Will there be any issues with the VO if I go for stamping with the New vendor without filing an amendment?
