Lucky009 Posted March 23, 2019 Report Share Posted March 23, 2019 Hi, I got initial H1B Visa stamped from Sep 2015 to Aug 2018( 3 years visa ) but I stayed only 4 months in US and returned to India. Now I have a possibility to apply H1B Visa extension under CAP exemption. I want to Know when will be the End Date for my H1B Visa CAP exemption. Is it End Date will be Aug 2021 for my H1B Visa CAP exemption? Link to comment
