H1B Transfer during 6th year of H1B

Hi,

Here is my situation : I currently work for employer A and have my labor and I140 approved through the same employer. My spouse is on H4- EAD. My H1B & spouse's H4-EAD expires 4 months from now. I now plan to move to employer B where my job title will be changed and below are my questions:

1. Will I get extension for 3 years after new employer (B) files H1B transfer?
2. Can new employer B also file my wife's H4 EAD extension based on my old employer (A) approved labor and I140 ?
