MDK Posted March 22, 2019 Report Share Posted March 22, 2019 My Employer applied for Change of address & extension to my existing H1B in November 2018 in California Service Centre. They received a RFE at the end of January 2019. But there is no update in the USCIS site when I see the case status in USCIS till now, it still says the case has received in November. Is there any delays in updating the case status in USCIS site these days? Link to comment

xTDx Posted March 24, 2019 Report Share Posted March 24, 2019 USCIS online tools are not top of the line. They are often incorrect and not updated for various reasons. You should adhere to official mail from USCIS and take online tools with a grain of salt. Link to comment
