asukumari
The SOC code for my kind of work falls under 17-2199.00 - All Engineers, Others. But there doesn't seem to be any Education or Training level set for this SOC occupation. This will cause problems if my case if processed. This could definitely mean RFE asking for more evidence and other facts. The main criteria of H-1B i.e. to fulfill a occupation that is special and needs 4 years of bachelors degree needs to be met. Since this is not mentioned in the above mentioned SOC, how should one handle this scenario? Link to comment
JoeF
The employer and his lawyer need to handle that. Talk with them. Link to comment

xTDx
May be USCIS will issue an RFE. No way to tell at this point and no one can tell here for sure. You would have to work with your employer and their attorneys for the application filed on your behalf and any complications that may come up with it. Link to comment
