Filing I-131 and I-485 for Wife But her 1-140 Approved

Hello There,

 

I am US citizen and who recently got married. I am filing I-131 and I-485 for my wife. Her I-140 is approved by previous husband employer. Previous Husband is no more . There is question on I-130 form Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary? There is option to choose Yes/No/Unknown. What should i select that and why.
