Brad82 Posted March 20, 2019 Report Share Posted March 20, 2019 My Wife is currently on H4EAD as her previous employer didn't file for her GC when she was on H1B. Her current employer is starting with her GC now(she has 3 to 4 month left on her H1B). What happens when H4 EAD goes away? Can she file a new H1B assuming her 140 gets approved by then.
