H1 B Document Submission Option

Hi, My employer is working on my H1 Extension and I am in a dilemma (I have Approved I-140 Feb 2012). My H1 expires June 30th and my Client contract ends on the same date (Employer-Client Model). I will get the new SOW and Client Letter on July 3rd when the contract renews. My question is, can I send the Client SOW after i have submitted my H1 Documents. In general can we send additional documents via a Service Request before a decision on H-1 is made? Thanks, Arnab
