Desiquery Posted March 13, 2019 Report Share Posted March 13, 2019 Company A is no longer going to file for a H-1B visa extension due to change in company policy My last day with Company A is April 15, 2019 Current I-94 is valid until August 05, 2019 Have 3 more years remaining after August 05, 2019 for a H-1B visa Currently in search Company B to file H-1B transfer petition Question 1 - Is it ok if receipt notice for H-1B transfer petition by Employer B is received within 60 days? Question 2 - How long can I continue working with Company B before the transfer petition is approved? Question 3 - Is premium processing available for a transfer petition? Link to comment
