Clarification required on H4 extension

My family went to india few months back. As their visa got expired need to attend visa interview. I rasied visa stamping request recently with current company and got interview dates this month. 
On the other side I am going to join in another company. My h1b petition also approved.  I am having following questions

1) can my spouse carry my new company h1b approved petition while attending interview (current ds-160 form having old company details) ?

2) Any modifications do we need to do for current DS-160 form or need to create new DS-160 form ?

3) Till now I did not join in new company but petition got approved. I will join shortly. Prior join can my spouse go intreview with new petition ?

Check with the new company's attorney. They should be able to answer this question correctly than relying on this forum.
