Sunilsps82 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2019 Hi, we recently applied for H1 extension in premium processing as our expiry date is coming close (June) and uscis response reflected indent to deny application mentioning that applicant was not present in US at the time of filing the case. The fact of matter is that I never left country in last three year. Has anyone faced this kind of situation ? Any suggestion around how to respond in this situation? Share this post Link to post

Provence 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2019 This needs to be directed to your employer's Attorney who submitted the Extension documentation. Attorney would respond to the NOIR with your travel evidence, or lack thereof. Share this post Link to post
