Can i change Employer while my Perm is Processing

Hello, 

i work as EVC and my employer filed GC process and I am waiting on Perm approval. But my Vendor is offering me a fulltime(not client) for the same job am currently working on, for my employer. Do i need to start my Perm process from beginning if i move to Vendor? or Can this Perm can used since its a same job? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

Of course you would have to start the whole process from scratch.

PERM and I-140 are employer-specific.
