I 129 Mistake - Visa Stamp Next Week

I just noticed a mistake in I-129 . Next week is my Visa stamp 

1. I was with EMP A until Apr 3rd 2017 (laid off) & I was on 7th year of extension & I-140 approval with the same company.  But H1B petition was valid until Sept 2018. 

2. Changed to EMP B from May 18th 2017 & got approved , It was valid until 12/12/2020. 

3. Changed to EMP C from March 5th , 2018 . Its a FTE position . But attorney filed I-129 , most recent number for the beneficiary as EMP A instead of EMP B . 

What to do in this situation ? Is there any way to fix it ? Is it advisable to go for Visa stamping ?
