L1 visa processing

Hi,

I worked for an organization for 8 years and was in usa for 5 years on L1A.  Once I came back , I left the organization. Now I joined the same organization. They are saying they would process my visa.  For L1 i heard that one has to work with the organization for at least 1 year. But in my case would my past experience counts towards this condition. Am I eligible for immediate visa processing.

If the employee worked for 1 year within the 3 preceeding the application it should be good.
