Lawanya Posted March 2, 2019 Report Share Posted March 2, 2019 I am currently on H4 EAD and my employer is willing to apply for my H1B in April Can I travel to India between March 2nd week to April 1st week when my H1B petition is applied but the lottery results are not announced?
