dkuma174 Posted March 2, 2019 Report Share Posted March 2, 2019 Hi, Currently working with company A, I got offer from Top 50 H1 Sponsoring Company in US, but they asking me to join on receipt notice. if in worst case if H1 Transfer got denied and if Company A already revoke my H1 B, Can i go to F1 Status if needed !!!! luck2u Posted March 6, 2019 Report Share Posted March 6, 2019 No, one has to be in some immigration status legally to file for change of status. In the example you've mentioned once H1B transfer is denied with Company B and by that time if Company A revokes, you don't have a status in USA to file change of status.
