Option 1 : I heard going to India and getting H4 is quicker and then applying for EAD. Option 2 : If H1B spouse changes job and if then we file H1 transfer, H4 and EAD when premium processing starts for current applications where all applications will be considered together. Here we have to wait till PP starts. Any other option? I have already applied to H4 and EAD and waiting since 4 months. Link to comment
