H1B Transfer and Travel outside USA with Receipt number

Hello Folks,

Need an expert advice regarding my situation. Please suggest.

1.) I changed my employer through H1B Transfer from A1 company to A2 company.
2.) My new H1B filed with employer A2 is still pending and received receipt notice. Awaiting premium processing to be open up.
3.) I submitted resignation to my A1 company and they accepted.
4.) My current VISA - stamped until February 2020 [ under A1 company sponsorship].
5.) I need to travel compulsorily in June 2019 to India.

My question is ,
Am I allowed to travel to India and return back in June with Receipt number# of A2 company and Approved VISA from A1 company ? Would there be any adversities if I travel?

It's not advisable to travel. 

You can convert your petition in Premium and you will get the results by June.

If you travel abroad before the H1 approval you have to wait abroad for the approval. You can not return with a pending H1 petition.
