advise on NRI

Hi,

I got to know about a  guy who studied in *** San Jose ca.

This university got accreditation in feb 2013 but read some very bad reviews about it.

he completed his masters in the same university before it got accreditation. he got H1 and I-140 based on his masters degree from that *** university.

Im confused about choosing him.

My questions are

1. what happens to his h1 extns since he studied in that university?

2. will his degree be valid??

3.does he get any problems in future during his  GC??

4.if it is fraud or degree from it is not valid then how did he get h1 and I-140?

5.he said he never got an issue at poe coz of this univ.

6. does he get any legal issue in future coz of this univ.

 but still Im not convined.I want to do the right things in legal way and go in a right path. 

please advise .

Are you trying to hire him or marry him ?

What do you mean by "I'm confused about choosing him."

Is he related to you in any way. This kind of third party rhetoric won't help you get answers. Just explain what is your situation and how/why are you relating too much with this person and then ask question.
