Can I travel to India when I changed job and did not file amendment

I have a question that Can I travel to India ?before filing amendment after new job change .

If not if I file amendment to new job how long does it take(processing time)?

According to your previous thread, an amendment is already filed, and under RFE. What gives

Do amendment get approval and then travel. No premium processing as of now if you apply now. So cannot say how much time it will take...
