Hari K
Hi, My wife is currently on H1B, which is valid until 12/2019. Previously when she was working on her previous H1B (valid from 09/2018 to 12/2018) she got her H4 EAD approved, which has a validity until 10/2020. Now we are planning to do a COS from H1B to H4 so that she can work on H4EAD. So, my question here is, if she do a COS from H1B to H4, can she work on previously approved H4EAD, which is valid until 10/2020. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

You cannot use existing H-4 EAD card. Link to comment
