Dinesh_P
Hi, Need urgent advise. I am in a Employer-Vendor-Client model. My employer is applying for H1B but the project tenure ends on September 30 2019. Will my H1B get approved and should i opt for a Change of Status or Consular Processing? Thanks, Dinesh Link to comment
LeaveMessageH1B
-Assuming it's your first H1B- Whose brilliant idea is this ? Does not even make sense filing petition based on such project. I hope your Employer and Attorney knows when H1B starts every year. . Forget about COS or CP, should work on increasing approval odds with given date. Link to comment
