H1,H4 and H4EAD

Hi,

What is H1 is filed separately and is under processing, after few month we file H4 and EAD together. Will H4 be considered while processing H1? I know when all the 3 are filed together it will be considered together but not sure in this case.

Here H1 approval date is nearby so will H4 and EAD be considered?

It will not be considered together. Once your H-1 is approved, they will move on to the H-4 and H-4 EAD applications.

Is it safe to go to India and stamp H4 and come back and file for EAD? I have already filed H4 and H4 EAD and still waiting.
