I have been a Software developer - Applications, Software engineer all through but am just being careful in evaluating if there will be any issues transitioning into a managerial position. In general, is it a good idea to join a company s a delivery Manager or a Project Manager when on a H1B? I have my priority date as June 2012 on a EB2. My 140 is also confirmed as of 2012. Will this new engagement have an impact on my 140 in future when dates get current? Any insight into this is much appreciated. Link to comment

If your future role is with any Indian service company, give a good thought 2x considering current h1b situation. Link to comment
