Sudarshan167
What are the documents required to re-enter the U.S. when a student in F-1 has graduated, has applied for OPT, has a job offer and is returning after vacation? The OPT application is in received state for the past 4 months. Can the student re-enter the U.S with the following documents? 1. Valid Passport with valid F-1 VISA. 2. Valid i20 from the university. 3. OPT receipt notice. 4. Offer letter from the company. Is this enough to re-enter or is an EAD absolutely necessary? What are the chances of being denied entry to the U.S.? Will the VISA be cancelled in such a situation? Link to comment
