joseph86
Hi , I am in the middle of my green card processing and my employer is going to apply PERM this month. My Date of Birth in all my records (Passport,Visa,SSN,10th Grade) is 15-May-1987.but my actual DOB in Birth Certificate is 02-Oct-1986. Experts or experienced people your advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated in my current situation. . Below are my concerns and questions. 1) I have only 1.5 years left in my H1B,and my visa will expire 2020 August. so should I wait to get i140 approval and then I should change DOB ? 2) Do I need to change my SSN or DOB in SSN ?. 3) Do I need to start my GC again if I change DOB? 4) Do I need to amend the visa? ? If anyone has come across this kind of situation then your replies will be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment

User099
Its always good to come back and reply to your own question if you made any progress on your case. It might help others in the future. @user1513 I would talk to a good attorney to see what they suggest in such a case. Quote Link to comment
